INSTRUCTIONS: ABSTRACTS FOR POSTER AND/OR
ORAL PRESENTATION
Abstracts for general consideration must be submitted online by
11:59 pm CET (GMT+2) 23:59H on 15 May 2025.
The author submitting will be required to create an account for
the presenter before submitting an abstract. Each submitter will have
an account and can submit multiple abstracts under this account at any time
before the abstract submission deadline.
The abstract fields can be copied and pasted into the corresponding
section/s on the online abstract submission form. Please check if using special
characters to ensure that these characters are not changed in the process.
Authors / presenters may submit multiple abstracts. However, there will
be a limit of two (2) abstracts for the oral presentation and two
(2) for the poster presentation – a total of four (4) abstracts per
account (submitter).
The type of oral or poster presentation preferred by the author may
be changed by the scientific committee if deemed appropriate as a
result of the referee evaluation. This change will be notified to the author in
the abstract acceptance letter.
Changes to abstracts already uploaded and submitted can be made by
visiting the online abstract submission website and signing in with your login.
